1. Print-on-Demand Policy
All physical books, calendars, and resources are printed on-demand unique to your purchase. Because items are not pre-produced or warehoused, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for accidental orders, changes of mind, or buyer's remorse. We kindly request that you review your shopping cart carefully before finalizing your payment.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
Your satisfaction is deeply important to us. If your items arrive with clear manufacturing defects, structural damage from transit, or do not match what you ordered, we will absolutely replace them at no extra charge to you. Reporting Window: Please report the issue within 14 days of your recorded delivery date.
Verification Required: To process a replacement or a structural refund, email our support team with a brief description of the issue and clear photographs showing the defect or shipping damage. Resolution: Once verified, we will submit an expedited production request to Lulu to have your items reprinted and shipped to you immediately, or process a refund where applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
Because your transaction is sent immediately to our automated fulfillment network via Lulu to ensure rapid production, orders enter the manufacturing queue almost instantly. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or amended once they have been submitted.
4. Digital Content
Any digital downloads, curricula files, or electronic resources purchased through our platform are immediately accessible upon purchase. All digital sales are final and entirely non-refundable.
