Our Manufacturing & Shipping Model: To maintain premium print quality and minimize environmental waste, all our physical products are printed and distributed on demand. Our print-on-demand manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics are proudly handled by Lulu Press, Inc. (Lulu).
1. Processing and Production Times
Because items are printed individually when an order is placed, your order goes through a brief production cycle before it ships. Please keep the following in mind:
Fulfillment Timing: Standard print fulfillment typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. This production time is separate from the shipping transit time. Operating Hours: Orders are processed and manufactured on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
High-Volume Periods: During periods of peak demand or seasonal rushes, print production times may experience minor extensions. We appreciate your patience as each item is made to order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated transit windows for your order are calculated dynamically and displayed directly at checkout. Because fulfillment is powered by Lulu, available delivery speeds vary based on
destination and shipping tier:
Mail / Economy Shipping: Cost-effective delivery via local postal networks. Typically takes 7–14 business days following production.
Priority / Ground Shipping: Faster commercial carrier routing. Typically takes 3–5 business days following production.
Express Shipping: Expedited priority transit. Typically takes 1–2 business days following production.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather or local carrier constraints.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once Lulu completes the printing process and hands your package over to the delivery carrier, a shipment confirmation email will automatically be sent to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain your designated tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's delivery status in real-time.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Emerald Stone LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or tariffs applied to your order during transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, or international processing fees).
5. Damages and Lost Shipments
We want you to receive your resources in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is officially deemed lost by the tracking provider, please contact our support team right away. We will work directly with our printing partner, Lulu, to arrange a replacement copy or resolve the transit issue as quickly as
possible. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
